Modern source: LibreOffice dictionaries/hi_IN at commit
67032ee957631908098a72edf48dc81cac27e369. Its affix header credits ShreeDevi Kumar
and https://github.com/Shreeshrii/hindi-hunspell. The upstream Hindi-specific
LICENSES-en.txt and LICENSES-hi.txt explicitly state GPLv3. Both notices are
preserved, pinned at upstream a44828e5dc4d49f344c87187ec401f9a4bb56965.

Original source and licensed legacy supplement: GNU Aspell Hindi Word List,
Copyright (C) 2005 Swapnil {Hajare, Sant}, janabhaaratii Team. Their notice offers
GPL version 2 or, at your option, any later version. We select GPL version 3 for
this derived union. The original notice and original GPLv2 COPYING remain
unaltered. The legacy flat dictionary is pinned at LibreOffice commit
f9cf1b6cda2e125715d435f52bb1d7f076280db6.

Transformations: bounded Hunspell affix expansion; union of the licensed legacy
spelling list; NFC and documented contextual presentation-joiner equivalence;
explicit modern Hindi orthographic filtering; 3-7-cell guess range; a separate
meaning-led 3-5-cell answer selection; a finite individually attested correction
list. No other game's answer list, dictionary article text or scraped list was
copied. Original project glosses, review decisions and correction annotations
are included in the source manifests. Lexicographic references for corrections
are recorded in source-exceptions.json, including the original dictionary
publishers and Wiktionary contributors' revision links as factual evidence.

Rebuild offline with Python 3:

Native-speaker review and native-IME playtesting are pending. Broad spelling
acceptance is not a claim that every accepted word is familiar or appropriate as
a daily answer. Source provenance, hashes, known gaps and controls are in
assets/hindi-source/PROVENANCE.txt and the adjacent verification reports.
